Sometimes it is simply impossible to be in public transport in summer. And the point is often not at all in the heat and stuffiness, although these factors do not add to the pleasure of riding in crowded buses. But when unpleasant odors are added to the tightness, it becomes generally unbearable!

The representatives of the so-called southern peoples emit a particularly strong smell of sweat. But the point here is not at all that they are somehow very different from the Slavs. Just the traditional cuisine of the southerners contains a large number of hot spices. The body cannot cope with their processing, and the smell of sweat, "diluted" with onion or garlic "aroma", becomes completely unbearable.
But an unpleasant smell is not at all the prerogative of lovers of spicy dishes, often the sweet tooth suffers from the same "aroma". The fact is that, in general, fresh sweat has no smell, in the event that a person is absolutely he althy. But accumulating on the skin, it is an excellent breeding ground for bacteria. They joyfully pounce on the received treat, and as a result, an irritating and unpleasant smell of sweat appears. This is uncomfortable.
But often a particularly strong smell appears in cases where a person is sick. In thatcase, you should consult a doctor.

If you carefully observe the requirements of hygiene, but the smell of sweat still haunts you, and even deodorants do not help get rid of it, it will not hurt to undergo a medical examination. It may turn out that your kidneys are not in order, or a hormonal failure has occurred in the body.
To combat the unpleasant smell of sweat, humanity has discovered many ways over the millennia of its existence. All of them can be divided into two categories - antiperspirants and deodorants. Thanks to the efforts of advertising, diligently promoting a whole galaxy of deodorant-antiperspirants, most of the population simply does not separate them from each other in their minds. In fact, these two tools have completely different actions and tasks.

Antiperspirants are designed to generally eliminate the cause of an unpleasant odor, that is, to reduce sweating, and deodorants simply mask the smell. Based on these features, you need to use them correctly.
So, applying antiperspirant to already sweaty skin is completely useless. Since the sweat has already managed to stand out, then after a while it will begin to smell. Use an antiperspirant immediately after you shower and dry your armpits. But you won’t be able to completely block sweating, and you don’t need to do this, even to remove an unpleasant odor. Nature knowingly supplied the human body with a couple of million sweat glands. Together with secretions, not only moisture leaves our body, but also an excess of s alts and other slags. If human skin stops emitting sweat, then you and I will simply boil alive, since it is sweat that is the body's natural temperature regulator. Evaporating from the surface of the skin, it cools the entire body. Remember the school physics course, and you yourself will understand the mechanism of the process.
Deodorants can be applied to the skin throughout the day. In order for the effect to last longer and the smell of sweat to be eliminated with guarantee, it is recommended to use roll-on deodorants instead of sprays, as their fragrances have a more persistent effect.
