Creating this beauty at home is quite simple, you just need to stock up on the necessary materials, patience and free time, and the rest is a matter of technology. Materials
To create a hat-cylinder with your own hands, you will need the following materials:
- cardboard;
- adhesive tape;
- glue, best superglue;

Then inside draw another circle 2-3 cm smaller than the bottom. Cut out the largest circle first with scissors, and then the smallest one, so that the result is a flat ring. Along the line of the small circle, make notches to the line of the bottom, grease them with glue and glue them into the cardboard cylinder from the inside, from the opposite edge from the bottom. The cylinder hat is ready! Now you can start decorating.

If you want to dye your hat, cover it with two or three coatsacrylic paint. Then open the surface with varnish and dry completely.
