The main property of gel polish is the durability of the coating. This means that you won't have to touch up your manicure every three to four days.

Gel polish red, covered with a matte fixative, will give the manicure nobility. You can choose a scarlet or tomato shade. Such a deep color, as in the photo above, will look really more stylish than a bright and rich gloss. And this shade suits both young girls and respectable ladies.
To perform, you will need red gel polish. Designed with rhinestones, so you can't do without them too. You can use not analogues of Swarovski crystals, but metal rivets for manicure. Still need a base and top. Actually, it is impossible to make such a manicure without an ultraviolet lamp, so it must be available.
First, the base is applied, and then the gel-varnish (red). Each layer must be dried under a UV lamp. After that, a thin layer of a matte fixer is applied. It is slightly dried (20 seconds), and then rhinestones or rivets are laid out. The pattern and design can be anything, the photo is just an example. Only after all the decorative elements are on the surface of the nails and the design is considered ready, we apply a fixative and dry it with a UV lamp.

Who said that manicure should be done only in red? No, the base color can be anything. For example, the background can be made cream, and red gel polish can be used only for design. The latter can be anything: sponges, cats, hearts and more.
The implementation is quite simple: after the base has dried, a base gel polish is applied. If the design will occupy more than 40% of the surface of the nail, then one or two layers are enough for the base color, no more. When the varnish dries in the rays of a UV lamp, a pattern is drawn with a thin brush or special tools (such as a stamping stamp). Sponges, by the way, are best done with the help of a stamp - this way the drawing will turn out clearer.
To apply the main color, it is better to use a thick gel polish (red). The design can be absolutely anything, it all depends on your imagination. Any drawing looks impressive both on a light background and on a dark one, so you can experiment with colors.

Color combinations
To make an unusual manicure, it is not necessary to rack your brains, coming up with a design. It is enough to use two different colors. And you only need gel polish (red) for this. The design does not have to be exactly using a rich scarlet hue or poppy color. It can be, for example, a coral tone. It can be combined with black, interspersed with small colored glitter. Two nails can be covered with one color, three with another. This combination looks interesting on both long and short nails.
Fixer can be used both glossy and matte. This will give an extra zest to the manicure.
