Small stripes of pale pink color that appear on the skin and differ in structure from neighboring skin areas, thin, almost imperceptible scars or impressive burgundy-bluish scars - all this is a consequence of the so-called skin stretch marks.
The appearance of striae or stretch marks can be very different, however, whatever they are, none of them paints a woman.
If you find stretch marks on your body, don't despair. This kind of phenomenon is very common and is the result of excessive overstretching of the skin, disruption of the production of elastin and collagen fibers responsible for elasticity and strength.
The most likely and common causes of stretch marks on the body are:
- pregnancy;
- obesity: an intense and rapid jump in body weight, during which the skin simply does not have time to stretch;
- puberty, in other words, puberty;
- hereditary factor;
- long-term use of hormonal drugs;
- sharp and rapid weight loss.
Stretchies can "choose"not only problem areas - the abdomen and sides, but also appear on the chest, inner and outer thighs. The fact that they will become less repetitive over time is not very comforting.

- make time for a daily olive oil massage infused with a couple of drops of vitamin E. This treatment improves skin elasticity;
- eat foods rich in vitamins E and C, silicon and zinc.
Following simple tips, you will not have to spend your nerves and strength on the treatment of stretch marks, for the sole reason - their absence.
