Every woman dreams of having a perfect body without flaws. But sometimes even the most slender woman may have such a problem as cellulite. One of the most effective methods of dealing with it is wrapping. With the right approach, the effect will be noticeable after the first session. You can carry it out both at home and turn to the services of specialists in a beauty salon.
There are two types of wraps against cellulite:
- Cold. In this case, the composition of the mixtures includes components that cool the skin (it can be mint or menthol) and lead to a narrowing of the pores. Thus, the blood carries all the toxins and slags to the organs that can cleanse it. This method is good for swelling and heaviness in the legs. Also in the composition you can find components that are aimed at strengthening blood vessels. This method will help get rid of loose skin.
- Hotwrapping is more effective. It promotes vasodilation. In the body, metabolic processes begin to activate, and blood flow improves. Slags, toxins, and excess fluid come to the surface of the skin. Oxygen in the required amount begins to flow to the affected tissues.
The best result can be achieved by alternating the two anti-cellulite wraps, but only if there are no contraindications.
The procedure itself requires skin preparation. Immediately before the session, it is necessary to thoroughly clean it. To do this, you need a special lotion or scrub (you can make it yourself). Such simple actions will allow the active substances of the mixture (which will be applied to the body) to be absorbed into the skin faster and begin to act immediately.
Next, you need to do a little warming massage. It may consist of pinching and rubbing problem areas.
After preparation, a special composition is applied to the body, and it is covered with a special protective film (ordinary food film is also suitable at home).
Hot anti-cellulite wraps can be applied to the whole body, and cold ones - only to certain areas (legs, arms, stomach). The duration of the procedure is 25-35 minutes, after which the film is removed and everything is washed off with water. At the end of the session, you need to apply an anti-cellulite cream, and after a little rest.
To get a good result, you need to complete a course of 8-15 procedures.
Depending on the composition of the mixture, you canhighlight several types of wraps against cellulite:
- honey;
- with seaweed;
- therapeutic mud or clay;
- chocolate;
- with apple cider vinegar diluted 1:1 with water;
- with oils (olive, jojoba, almond);
- with green tea;
- you can also buy special masks and gels at the pharmacy.
Unfortunately, this procedure has the following contraindications:
- varicose veins (with hot wrap);
- cardiovascular or gynecological diseases;
- allergic to mixture components;
- pregnancy.
Using wraps and other anti-cellulite products, you can achieve a visible result in the shortest possible time. These include exercise, special massage, avoidance of junk food, herbal baths.
